you need to use a cron. It is in the files. Cant remember what the name is of the file but its in there. Just run that script and it increases. I think I have mine set to one a hour or something.

Will it be possible with Timer. For example: On every minute, the player turn will increase to 5. If so, how?

I believe you need a cron to run the relevant script which updates the player's turns.
Have you sorted yourself out with hosting yet? There should be a cron manager of sorts in the hosting management screen (cpanel, plesk, or whatever you're using).

I am using byethosting. But i can't find CRON Manager. Any other way?
