Hot PC RPGs?

Every now and then I feel the urge to play a decent PC RPG.
I never could explain this phenomenon, but it happens, and it behaves like a wave.
So my question for you guys is: what hot RPG would you start playing right now, that runs nicely on a MacBook Pro 13"? OS isn't a factor since I got XP on bootcamp.
Also, it can be 10 days old or 10 years old, I don't mind dated graphics if the game truly is a gem.

Dungeon Siege. One of my first and still one of my favorite RPGs
I'd also suggest Dragon Age: Origins, but that requires a pretty decent computer to run well.

I actually didn't like Dungeon Siege. It felt to me like a Diablo clone missing all of the good parts.
Here is my list of good PC RPGs. Although many of them come on consoles as well, they are all PC-style (either RPG or Action-RPG, not sure what you want):
1. Dragon Age: Origins (much better on PC than consoles anyway)
2. Mass Effect 1 and 2
3. Fallout 3
4. Oblivion
5. Fallout 1 and 2
6. Borderlands (not a total RPG, but enough RPG elements to count; it is an FPSRPG)
7. Diablo II
8. Sacred II

Nice list Jack! Only problem is most of those probably won't run too well on a MacBookPro
Still, those are some of the better RPGs out there

Yeah, had no idea what the specs on a Mac Book Pro is. What time frame are you looking for? Up to about 2005 or 2006 maybe?

Here are the specs on a MacBook Pro 13":
2.4GHz or 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 3MB on-chip shared L2 cache
NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics processor with 256MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared
2GB 1066MHz DDR3 RAM
Not much of a killing machine but can run those fine oldies (Yes, 2005 - 2006 is probably an accurate time frame).
Sacred rocks but not sure it has a Mac version.
That's not a problem, I got Windows XP installed. I guess I'll give it a try.
No one mentioned Neverwinter Nights 2. Is it that bad? I played the first one only.

Well when you say it like that I just gotta try it
Here's a list of RPGs that I played on a PC, not in any particular order:
Fallout 1
Fallout 2
Fallout 3
Diablo
Diablo 2
Baldur's Gate 2
Icewind Dale
Final Fantasy 7
Star Wars: KotOR
Star Wars: KotOR 2
Morrowind
Oblivion
Planescape: Torment
Neverwinter Nights
Dungeon Siege
That's what I remember so far. Maybe I'm leaving out one or two.
EDIT:
I just feel the urge to say this: out of that list, the game that consumed more of my offline time than any other was definitely Fallout 2. FF7 is a close number 2.
The reason I say offline is because if we count online playing then Diablo 2 is a clear winner (by many thousands of hours), but I'm not in the mood for online playing right now. I feel I just can't compete in that scene anymore, nor do I know if I want to, and to be a mediocre online gamer, I'd rather just play single-player.
I actually played WoW for a couple of months with my friends, but when one of them rushed past my level in 24 hours when I've been playing for weeks I decided that it was no place for a casual player like me.

Fallout 1 was my favorite. I need to try 2 again.
