ok so I came up with a neat idea for a browser game: You adopt a disease picking from classes such as Bacteria Virus or Parasite and you go around preying on innocent people to upgrade your immunity to drugs your lethality or maybe your overall lasting time in a human body I originally thought of the idea only certain classes can destroy or "infect" organs or label them worthless by stopping their function so that it could add cooperation to "take down little timmy" or something but I pitched because I thought it would ruin the competitive vibe that I wanted. What are your thoughts/ideas towards this I really need your feedback because I love this idea and really want to make it happen

They also made a third one apparently...but this game plays just like you described and its all done in flash

It doesn't mean you can't give it a go if you are passionate about the idea. It is inevitable that you will do some things differently. Think about this idea:

"The game takes place in a LotR-type fantasy setting. Playable races are things like Dwarves, Elves, etc. You will monsters, level-up and collect new gear."

If an idea could only be used once, the entire RPG genre would likely consist of about 10 or 11 games. Implementation and execution is what makes great, unique games, not ideas.

Alright I could probably change some stuff but I could probably make this sometime and it isn't going to be too hard because Hall's tutorials helped me a lot and I could finish this maybe in a couple of months if I set my mind to this

If you use PHP to create your game, the gameplay is inevitably going to be very different, as Pandemic 2 is made in Flash.

Yes my plan is to have it text based with a stylish login home page and all around background and logo and will have to come up with a name for it soon if you have any ideas for gameplay ......again please post them
