Not that I can tell. It is just an update of RPG Maker XP it appears, and the RPG Maker series has never been able to make MMORPGs. I don't believe you can get the source code for RPG Maker, and even if you could, it would require almost an entire re-write to turn a singleplayer game into an MMO. We are talking at least a year+ of heavy work.

hi there is actually a set of scripts that can modify rpgmaker vx in to a mmorpg

you can down load the demo from here
you just have to get in to the script editor and edit the system ip 127.0.0.1
and replace it for your server´s ip
and it also comes with a server progam that will help you setup your own servr on your pc
