Greetings

I've already made a couple of posts on the forums but I suppose I should take some time and introduce myself.
My name is Tony Richards and I'm a professional software developer and game designer.
I have worked on Indie titles Arcanoria, Gunships by Sarge, Keldata: Gantlet, Ascension / Renegades, AIR MMO, Fractured Universe, Visions, and quite a number of unnamed prototype games.
I'm currently working with several game development teams working on a variety of games using the Indie Game Engine. My role is primarily supporting the teams by developing scripts and enhancing the game engine to handle the technical requirements of their games.
The game I'm most looking forward to seeing finished is my own Fractured Universe. It's a 3d fantasy online simulation with tools and rules for hosting game-master directed role playing games. It focuses on a unique style of collaborative story-telling with video, audio and text. It's not exactly a "game" as it more akin to an online toy that people can play with. If the game format is a success, I suspect it will be a new genre, bringing back some of the play style of the text based MUD games and mixing it with a 3d virtual world / simulation.
When I'm not writing software or making games, I spend time with my better half, Janeen. We love to travel, cook, eat, and sail and generally we mix them all together and have sailing vacations.
Great site, Halls! I'll definitely be hanging around and possibly submitting some of my own resources as well.
