We have no idea. Post the code, give the exact error as well as the line number the error is indicated at, etc.

on video 2 u say go to phpMyAdmin
i went there and got error 403 Forbidden
Why? what did i do wrong?

Is that the only thing it says? I would say you may have a password on your root account user for MySQL (the one phpMyAdmin uses to log into MySQL), but it usually at least gets to the phpMyAdmin UI and then tells you the password was not right (if I remember correctly that is). So I am actually leaning towards thinking that is not the problem.
You do have WAMP running when you tried to access it, right? The little WAMP meter icon is white, and not yellow or red, correct?
