In relation to your bandwidth. Those covers are going to kill you, I recommend you using something like GD or Imagemagick to re-size them.

My host grants me unlimited bandwidth as long as the majority of the pages/files that loads is under 1mb in size each ;)

But ye, I am working on a script that resizes without GD as I don't got GD installed on my host. More for optimization and faster load for the user :)

Yeah, that was the next thing I was going to say. The site loads awfully slow.

It does? loads fast here, but after all a swedish host is maybe quite slow in US. Mind trying with http://getfirebug.com/ and check what files is loading slow?

Indiepoint is hosted by a Swedish host, and its quite fast. I haven't done the firebug check yet, but yeah.

Edit: Not exactly sure how Firebug will tell me whats loading slowly. I can see whats loading slowly, all of the images.. also I can see the "Loading" bit on your ajax calls.

@halls: I am on a pretty good line :p

Falken mind using microtime to see how fast the site is loading. Kind of like how http://www.phpbench.com/ does.

EDIT2: Might have been downloading, seems to be ok now. Even after clearing cache.
