I've been developing my own game shop for about a month now which I'm going to call LocoGames. It's developed with plans to be able to sell world-wide, the first version will only be translated into Dutch and English, but hopefully as the project grows, I will be able to hire some sort of translation service to help me out with a few other languages. I will be able to sell all sorts of game keys for a range of different platforms. I will also be able to sell other software, gift cards, dlc keys, game vouchers etc. I'm about a month into development, and I nearly have all the product data mapped and manageable in an admin panel. The prices are calculated dynamically based on the price I pay for the key and other things such as VAT, transaction fees and exchange fees, and of course my profit margin. I know the market is more of a grey area and sometimes there are criticisms on the game key market, but I thought I'd give it a shot and see how I can compete against the numerous other game key sites. After all, once finished, when everything works as it should, it should all be fully automated.
The website is built in PHP/MySql/JavaScript/CSS on top of Yii framework.
The backend uses Admin LTE as a template
The frontend is completely custom built on top of my own custom grid/responsive system and custom JavaScript
