I was looking at Gene Howell's YouTube video on how to build a ticket system. Can i get the links to the rest of the videos and the code as well. Im trying to teach myself how to build a ticket system and find a way to incorporate automatic workflow into the system as well. Please I need help thanks a mil in advance

osTicket has great intergration software, and mods that can be requested. Updated every month, very powerful and its free

Dude, the code is not going to be revised, go and use osTicket, its much better and advanced and will allow you to intergrate anything you want.
