I don't know what it is, but it sounds quite a bit like one of those "Throwback Thursday" things where people just post certain things on certain days on social media. It doesn't appear to be anything organized.

Just last week I seen someone post on twitter #ScreenshotSaturday lol.

Yeah, Saturday seems a bit more logic, since most of these things use the same letter as the day. I know there have been more, but I can't think of any beyond "Throwback Thursday" lol.
