Making the move back to firefox

I have been having a TON of troubles with Chrome here lately. I have to log into this site every time I come back fro some reason with chrome. Sites run REALLY slow, crashes, and several other issues.

I started out as a fanboi for FireFox then moved to Chrome and never looked back until now. Still love Chrome but time to move on until they fix some issues.

I feel you halls, sometimes google doesn't save passwords for some reason, even in google powered websites..
The only reason I use chrome is because I have the google account logged in and I can just use all the services without login everytime...

The new firefox btw, looks very similar to chrome design.. Not sure what they are trying to do there but its awkward... Also i heard that firefox would start to show ads in-browser (from mozilla), if that happens it wins a ticket out my PC.

Well Mozilla is funded by google so it might start to look like it but I doubt they will place ads. Is there a good alternative to ad blocker for Firefox?

I use AdBlocker Plus. It's amazing.

I heard it somewhere some time ago not sure if it's confirmed.

That is odd, because Chrome is still doing fine for me, and I am up-to-date. If I did have to change, though, I would probably go back to Firefox. But I would miss a lot of the features of Chrome, like all my browsers' favorites syncing automatically between devices, easy opening of closed tabs (Crl + Shift + T), etc.

That's one of the coolest features, i have chrome in android and my windows 8 ultrabook and its so awesome to have my history and favorites synced. (and passwords too)

I have trouble with Chrome on Windows 8 not remembering passwords. On my home Windows 7 machine, it does just fine. For me the problem started after a Win 8 security patch a couple months back. I'm wondering if they are doing something that isn't letting Chrome remember like it used to. It's only on some sites, but it's enough to be annoying.

I was having issues with Chrome consistently locking up on me, not saving tabs when I closed out the browser (even though I had it set to leave off), slowing my computer down something fierce, so back on FF myself as well!

ah yes forgot about that. the page freezes up quite a bit. You can click links but not scroll. Have to refresh. I just bought a new Dell Ultra book I7, 16 gig ram, 360 gig solid state, and Chrome does this on old and new laptop and my desktop.
