Modular Roads v1

[Last Known Hero]

Just a few quick screen grabs of the modular roads I am making for my project.

Right now I have:
Road90Curve
RoadSCurve
RoadStraight
RoadTSection
RoadXSection2
RoadXSection4

Each have sidewalk attached, I plan on making a residential set that has grass spots between the curb and the sidewalk as well.
I also want to add more pieces that lead to driveways or parking lots, and make the driveway/parking lot modules.

Trying to find more of what I can add, currently making a piece that allows the elevation to be changed so it's not 100% flat, but maybe 2 or 3 "tiers" that the roads height can be changed to.

If anyone wants to use the 2D files to tile go ahead, it's going to take some altering to get them to work tho

Wow very nice! All it would take is some gum and trash stuck to the road to make it look like a real Texas roadway

Haha this is the "aged clean set". I'm working on making an entrance piece that would lead to parking lots, then create the parking lot areas. After that I'm going to do the residential pieces and then change the textures for "new clean set" with darker asphalt and cleaner sidewalks!

Photobucket won't handle .png with transparency very well, if anyone has any simpler methods to upload them for you guys let me know, eventually I need to get a website back up and running

I have taken a step backwards and reworked the textures from scratch, to more closely match the roads here in Canada and the US (Michigan at least). Will post more soon
