This thing is beautiful.
2x Quad core Xeons @ 2.27 GHz
6x 146 GB, 15k RPM in RAID 5
24 GB of RAM

I have no idea what to do with this thing.

Very nice! I guess just hang on to it for when you need a server, and then there you go lol

Im sorry to be a newb, is it a pc? It doesn't seem like one, but i agree with jacko a server would kick ass in that thing. Maybe a cloud server.

It is what is called a "rack-mounted server". It is specifically designed to fit onto huge data center racks along with dozens or even hundreds of other servers. In large data centers many servers will share one monitor, and you click a button to change which server is displaying on it (or all display output can be done remotely). The several HDDs are also ejectable, and slide in and out of the server in cartridges, allowing a filled HDD to be taken out and archived as needed, or to allow fast replacement of failed hard drives. These types of servers are designed to provide as much computing power as possible while being as cost, space, maintenance and energy efficient as possible.

Of course, you don't need a big data center or even a server rack to use servers like this. You can just hook them up like regular computers.

A lot.
I picked this up slightly used for $500. Brand new would have been more then I earn in a year.
