Do you have any images of what has already been done? Since you are asking for a "co-artist", I am assuming you are an artist yourself. Maybe post some images of some art you have already done for the game?
Basically this sounds like a HUGE project you are asking to staff for, and it will really up your chances of getting people interested in helping. Otherwise, this looks like another graphical Flash MMORPG project that is doomed to not go anywhere. I, of course, am not saying it is. But that is typically how people look at these kinds of requests since most game projects around here are very possible PHP browser games that are easily 1% of the work of a 2D Flash MMORPG. So you will get much better results if you can show what has been done already. It will give people a lot better idea that the project is in full swing. It can be done, and I know that. Search "The Repopulation" on here to see proof that big, complex online games can be made.
Also, what version of Flash Pro are you looking for? At least which version of ActionScript, as that makes a huge difference.
