Best free webhosting

Hello,
What's the best free webhosting?
Because i'm going to start again with the creation of a browser based game,
haven't made any websites in a while, i mostly use 000webhost, but is there any better host?

I'm using freehostingcloud.com, whos TOS doesn't explicitly forbid browser games (I switched after having been on 000 for a long time they decided to check my site again and took about two weeks to do so (I assumed they were going to shut it down, but didn't in the end)). However sometimes the performance of freehostingcloud is slow. But their interface is nicer and cleaner (000 developed errors at a certain point with file management (had work arounds, but still clunky)).

I use freehostingcloud.com for a 2 different sites. As Callan S stated, its performance is slow, but imo its worth it.
