I'm not familiar with that error. When did it come up? What were you doing? What color is your WAMP icon? What does it say when you test port 80?

might want to try the wamp forums as well. They are very helpful on wamp related issues.

Well it says port 80 is open and the icon stays red.

Ok, wow...never mind on the Skype thing then as far as I can tell. I have no idea what the problem is :(

Ok so I tried this.

Start all services. seems to work fine

but then I try putting online and:
could not excute because of internal error bla bla

What?

Darn you Skype! Wamp and Skype are like an angry cat and a dog. They don't play well together at all, but it is definitely possible to use both :)

That and VS really causes issues as well.

Its actually not Visual Studio, but rather, SQL Server Reporting Services, which comes with most versions of VS. They are setup to deliver reports on SQL over the internet on, of course, port 80. I wrote up a thread somewhere around here on how to fix it, though.
