Wow, this is actually pretty fun. So simple you don't need any instructions after about 30 or 45 seconds, and pretty fun to click and see what happens next.

How does it determine how many dice a region regenerates, if any?

I was actually wondering that myself.

I think it's based on how many regions you own and how many dice you've had to regenerate. when you regenerate when there is some left over, I believe they carry on to the next Turn end

Neither did I, not even close. But you have to keep in mind that each color is conspiring against each other, so there are something like 7 or 8 total players, not just you vs. the computer. So an all-out win may be kind of rare haha.

It's a bit of a death spiral if regen is based on regions. Still, that helps wrap up a game quickly.

I've won a single player Vs single computer match.

What's great is that you could do something like this just in PHP, and it's certainly more engaging than clicking the same button multiple times. I don't want to make a risk game, but I'm sure parts of this could be used in other types of browser game combat.

I have won about 80% of the time. 8 Vs 8 is the best.

I have been trying to figure out the rules. It gives you dice based on the amount of territories you have but I cannot figure out how it places the dice. I think it is just random.

I think it's random too - which makes this swing toward more of a multi turn gamble than strategy. Though there are things you can do, but if the RNG turns against you they wont be enough.
