Wanted some comments on the new main page. Made the background and logo myself and I am not the best artist.

I like the background...not keen on the logo...but otherwise, love it!

First impressions: nice.

• The text is a bit hard to read, so you might want to turn up the opacity.

• The text for the 'Main Menu' header is also inconsistent with the rest of the headers.

• In the top right there is a CSS image glitch by the inexistent horizontal menu.

• The bottom footer is also hard to read. Although you might want to make it match the text color to hide the Rockettheme logo.

And now the logo: it works, the graffiti style definitely matchs with the indie, DIY theme. It somehow reminds me of star-wars. (Probably the text outlining) But personally, I was never into the art style. If you do stick with it, you might want to change the red glow to a green one: the red clashes.

I would definitely make the forums match: but only after turning up opacity, else the text will be too hard to decipher.

I agree with Pax with the logo. Love the graffiti style, but the red does clash with the green type background. Pax is right, changing it to a green glow and lower the opacity so its not a strong, would look great!
