hey everyone, well i decided that I could make some extra cash hopefully and decided to make a blog. It's main purpose isn't to make money but i'm hoping to make some. Practically the base of the blog is going to be discussion on programming languages. So far I only have two posts. Im hoping to post 1 everyday except for tuesdays when I will post 2 because tuesday's are going to be "Off Topic Tuesdays" So if you wanted to maybe follow along, click that RSS button on the blog

One trick I learnt is to stick an image at the top of the page - it gives the readers eye something easy to absorb at first. Just use google images and type in some terms from your topic. Also it's a good idea to search for blogs of a similar nature and make contributing replies to their entries, as it gives you back links and people check out those thinks too. Good luck with it!

Also I found google adsense to be quite disenhartening and still mostly do, as I'd mostly see a zero. Once you get thirty posts you can sign up with project wonderful, set the minimum bid for an adspace to one cent (to begin with) and you'll see more activity on that than google adsense. Or if you do alright by adsense, tell me how!?

Hmm yeah maybe I'll try project wonderful. And so far after the 2 days I had the website up I got 3 clicks and have $1.78 which for 3 clicks isn't so bad at all

True, that's all right. I dunno - my blog never got many clicks.

Have you gotten a free google analytics account? Then you can stick a bit of code on the page and see where your traffic is coming from.

No i didn't get that. I'll look into it though and from the sounds of it probably get it. Thanks!
