MMO Tutorial new editions
I am going to about 10 - 20 more videos done on the browser MMO tutorial series. i am placing this in announcements because I need to know a direction to go in. I have set up a poll so everyone can vote on the next feature or feel free to add a idea of a new video and if enough people like it we will add it to the poll.
All of the videos will be done, the order however will be chosen by the voters.
i am giving each person 2 votes per week so use them wisely.

I voted for a quest system because I want to see how you would implement it (my way may not be that great) and the harvesting because I like your ideas on harvesting
I may kind of skew the results a bit, since it seems most people want a graphical map system, whereas I already know how to do that pretty decently.
However, speaking of graphical maps, I am releasing a graphical map creation system under MIT license this weekend. It will read images out of set folders and allow you a point'n'click placement system in the browser and then allow you to save them right into the database for re-creation in your game. I desperately needed it myself, and thought "what the heck, others may like it, too".
The reason I bring it up is that it may be something to incorporate into your videos if it is useful enough to the community.

I went with the graphical map system and quest system. I would like to see how this is done.

remember you can change your vote at anytime also
I have a graphical map system in the FS videos but yeah I would love to see how you are doing it and would definitely add it to the videos if it is easy enough for people to follow.

A map creator? This is actually not for use in the game, but for graphically making the maps. Is that what you mean?

Sorry, I actually meant Halls. If he has a graphical map creator, then surely what he has would be better suited for his videos since it will fit better with his games.

?

I'd have thought a quest system would be fairly straight forward? Oh well, I guess CSS is fairly straight forward for some other people, yet it's what I voted for
