Woo very cool, i always love websites with black backgrounds, the only real criticism i have is that it would look better with an improved logo.

Yeah the logo I kinda threw in there because I just wanted to get some feedback on it because I thought it looked good. But yeah I need someone else to make me a logo.rockinliam wrote:Woo very cool, i always love websites with black backgrounds, the only real criticism i have is that it would look better with an improved logo.

It would look alot better if those were 1px borders instead of anti-aliased PS lines. You should include some more print so that we can get more of a feel of how content flows also.
The left nav would also probably look quite a bit better if the width of those buttons filled the bar. (Vertical Buttons)

Do you mean do we like the logo or the template more, or do we like the old template or the new template more? If you mean the latter, I don't think you even need to askBaseball435 wrote:Thanks(: the logo at the top I made from nothing in Photoshop and that took me about an hour and the template took me about an hour to hour and a half. mmm. I want you to go to http://960.gs and get the photoshop grid stuff. Use that when building, also, use guides more it makes your work look far more professional when everything lines. up.
I want to stress, not to use photoshops anti-aliased lines. They look nasty, and while it's mostly opinion Pixel Borders look a lot cleaner in general.
Not rounding all four corners of a box with extended content would nicer, in actuality font would more fit the 'crisp' look in PS than the various anti-aliased options. Anti-Aliased text creates contrast issues on the web (though possible) alot of designers use it, and make anyone who wants content go eh.
Annd you spelled your name wrong in your footer
