DDO
Re: DDO
I played it a bit and enjoyed it. I stopped playing simply because I don't really have time to play MMOs anymore (50% school, 50% GarrysMod
)

Re: DDO
DDO really felt a lot like Guild Wars when it came out, which is one of the reasons why it got attacked so much for being PTP. However, it is good to see it F2P now, where it really should have been to begin with.

Re: DDO
Having played both, I would recommend Age of Conan over DDO. The combat is much more complex, and the graphics are substantially better.
DDO was good, I enjoyed it, but the combat in AoC is awesome. Nothing like literally chopping off your opponents head with your sword, or shooting them in the throat with an arrow and watching a fountain of blood erupt as they fall to the ground
Free for the first 20 levels too.
