Doesn't it look fairly broken with the Smarty syntax not processed, or do you just mean the CSS layout?

It depends on the file I open. I have a main template that includes a inner page when using templating engines. So I only open the inner page's. It doesn't work on all template files, but for the most part, I still use html tables so it shows correctly.

I believe TPL is a Smarty template file.

I have issues currently using Smarty for the buildingbrowsergames tutorial.
Anyone who knows how to set it up correctly using 000webhost doing his tutorials?

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out.
