2d sprite is invisible - UNITY

Postby Imcoolyourenot » Fri Feb 17, 2017 2:48 pm

I have started following rm2kdevs rpg tutorials and I have gotten to the point where he is making the player.

His character shows up fine but mine is invisible both in game and in the scene view. Any help would be great, thanks

I have also tried looking up the error at the bottom of the program and have not found a solution on that either.

I have never done those tutorials but I know that the sprite render can be a pain sometimes. It may be that your animation itself that is causing the invisible issue. Also Make Sure that the camera is Orthoscopic and that it is not under the ground.

I wish we could @ mention people. Vitinho could perhaps help with this one.

EDIT: I have never used Unity before, but I do see a "scale" option in the right bar. Is that only for things placed in the level or could you use that on the player sprite?

It can be done in the sprite editor.
