I have finally started my next project and formed a team, things are going and looking great. Will make a post later but got to get indie-resource gold done first.

here is the same scene in T3D..the model is not that great but was just using it as a compare, you can actually change a models texture in game!!! that is so friggn sweet.

I have always liked all the lighting effects in T3D. Really pretty looking stuff. Keep it up

I really need to sit down and learn how to make models and put textures on them. Every time I've tried I've ended up punching a kitten
After playing around with the world builder a bit today they actually support holes in the terrain. Most other engines won't let you go under ground unless you deform the terrain then make a separate object to cover the hole. In this all you have to do is make a subway entrance or bunker then remove the ground texture at the entrance plane. It works like a charm.
I actually found this out by accident when I didn't paint the bottom of a stream completely and fell through the world lol

Going to be purchasing T3D on my birthday, not too far away, so they I can mess around and get creating. Until then I'm going to get the demo like Halls said to get familiar with it.
