I myself have given up on Realm Crapper! The engine has had more then enough time to get it's act right. The software truthfully speaking doesn't work period. Basic bugs to most engines are turned into huge drawn out major bugs for RC. The top it off that they charge money for stupid asset tools which are out of date and don't work to anything else in the same field.
You look at something like BIG WORLDS for 300 which is known to release AAA Tiles. VS RC which doesn't work and charges 20,30,40,50 dollars for tools like the new ""when it comes out"" shader editor which will sell for around 50.00.. It all adds up to say BIG WORLDS over RC.
Plus keep in mind there are that I know 2 of the top MMO engines, BW and hero.. the rest are followers! So the only reason a beta system should ever take so long is because your company is writing the BOOK on building an MMO ENGINE.. RC isn't even writing a BOOK on the first public domain engine.
I for one am heading to BW and have given enough time with RC to speak the truth about it. Anyone btw looking to create a team with BW contact me under simms1975@Hotmail(dot)com. The engine will have a 25seat per copy.. Big enough time could mean people only fork out 10,20,30 dollars year for it's new builds and fourm support!

man I am really glad to see you going to BW. you have some amazing art and ideas and now you have a engine to utilize it all! Please keep us updated on your progress.

Thank you and I might add you yourself have some pretty killer skills. But I'm very happy to see BW make this move toward indie designers and look forward to breaking away from the 3-4years wasted with realm crafter.
