TMMOKIT outdated?

RealmCrafter, Multiverse, MMOKIT, ect...

I have seriously been tempted to re-open FS the TMMOKIT version and completely revamping the whole system and game. Been goofing with it and thought I would compare

both engines with same location...

RC - baked lights, many errors later...

TGE - Dynamic lights - no errors other than map2dif_plus wont bake the lights, keeps giving light entity error.

really? To me the Torque one looks miles better. The dynamic lights look far better. Its a bad model to use as an example and pics. I guess I should have included the Gui's ;)

UDK! UDK! UDK! :P

lol now more seriously, I personally think both are outdated. I feel that at some point (like you said) graphics will deter people from the story. Graphics in a game earn just as many points as story does for ratings.

haha well I chose neither in the end. I am going to work with T3D version instead, here is some screens from repopulation, a game being made with T3D and the kit.

That first shot is from Repopulation? I hadn't seen it before - they are doing some great stuff with the Kit and T3D.

yes their work is amazing. I could never do what they have done. I guess I need to ask them to post a project show-off here.
