[PHP / Bootstrap] Responsive Blog / Website

Post by vitinho444 »

Hey guys :D
Here's one more shared project for you guys.
This time it's a PHP blog website I made with bootstrap (first attempt with bootstrap) to make it responsive aka watchable in any screen.

It's a very simple blog website, you can pretty much customize anything by the control panel of the admin, if you want to customize anything outside that, good directly in the source, it's very well written (In my opinion...) and it's really easy to read (again, in my opinion), but if you need anything just ask :)

Hope you enjoy ;)

Looks nice! I need to get in on Bootstrap, considering that my design skills are lacking and pretty much anything with Bootstrap has a clean, modern look.

Yeah I was really impressed with this. It has already a good styling base for webpages, like sticky footer, align things horizontally etc. It kinda makes you spend more time coding in actual features than the css :)

I watched this videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXVoqJEwqoQ and helped me doing this (the html part ofc)

The UI is from Bootstrap directly :)
But works really well, simple and pretty. But I wasn't worried about that, I was worried to get the features of a blog-like website in first. The style is the last thing to do, and each person that takes this project can alter at their own taste.

I'm the opposite, I do the PHP all first as I suck at design. I worry more about the style generally.

Well I worry about style too, it will be the frontend of the site... u can have crappy code and have beautiful style and all its ok for the user. But i suck at design and art and stuff, i have bad eye, so i just code :)
