Anyone play it on PC? Holy crud this is an amazing game! The amount of content and things to do is amazing. My daughter and I have been playing and building, if anyone wants to join our server and tribe hit me up on steam...hallsofvallhalla

I have considered about getting it, but reading the reviews and what told, I have not bought it, was told to stay far away from.

Oh man it is so much fun. I have to admit that when I first bought it a few months ago I played it for about 10 minutes then got frustrated and didn't touch it. This weekend I set the game up with 2x exp and 3x taming speed and a few other small tweaks and wow it became a totally different game. My daughter and I built a base, went on a expedition on a raft(and was attacked by a HUGE fish and was destroyed), tamed pterodactyls and flew to the mountains for metal(was attacked by a pack of raptors, won the battle but our pterodactyls left us for dead), tamed a male and female dinosaur and bred them, and so much more. Granted it is a hard game and it takes a beefy system but overall is a complete blast.
Next weekend we are going to each setup a base(creative mode type situation) then attack each other with cannons, ballistics, and dinosaurs. Quite epic.

I cannot comment on the multiplayer servers as we were playing all local. I think that is where most negative comments come from.

I've seen you jump on it a few times and I've wanted to join, but I would just completely destroy everything :P I get bored of these games so quick, just capture a massive raptor, and then chase people with it!

I normally enable VoIP just to hear the other persons reactions

I tried it on free weekend, and I like it so much as well. The problem is that it's early access!!!

Same thing happened with 7 days to die. Tried it, bought it, loved it, but quickly got dull and repetitive, then buggy as heck cos of early access and false promises...

I promised to myself to never buy any early access game ever since

also it needs a good pc, my 950m laptop is struggling to run it..

I am a pretty causal gamer so it takes me a bit to get tired of a game i like. Problem is finding a game i like!

These 3d mining and building games have all become pretty much the same with just different settings. Many shoot for the stars and land on the moon. Mainly because of the 3d aspect. I would love to see a 2d version or even pbbg version of a game like these.
