Nope as their is a beta out for Symbian phones that you can download: http://silverlight.net/getstarted/devices/symbian/
And also as the SDK is released you can run it on a Win Phone 7 if you are lucky enough to have one, a few parterners apperently got it...

Yeah, XNA is quite nice. I wish the Zune had caught on a bit more as a game console, but meh. It may actually make a good platform to target since quite a few of those things have been sold and no one is making games for it lol.

Great thing about xna is the same codebase will work on any of the platforms (give or take a few things). And at the demo it showed him play the game on his phone. Save it, and continue from the same point which i personally think is genius. I'm gonna save up for a phone with windows 7 on :)
