No comments on the gameplay, but I thought the DK code can be used as long as you do not change the footer on the site. :)

As long as you give credit to the maker, which I have done then it is fine. On his forums he states that he does not care what you do with it or how you use it as long as you have credits somewhere on your site. Everything is just getting started, and when my BETA version is over I will be posting full credits to him in my help section.
