Great series so far, really looking forward to more videos.

Really excited about seeing more videos, and I really hope you cover the following:

Not to be demanding or anything, but if possible I really hope you cover some of the following below (if not all =) )

1) click on target to attack/cast spell.
2) spell/ability recast timers "cool down" and global cool downs that effect all abilities.
3) Hot bar to place clickable spells and abilities
4) Basic character/spell animation
5) Monster regen in certain area, random and spawn time.
6) Basic Monster AI and triggered/scripted events
7) Bank and trading screen (maybe an auctin house)
8) Basic combat system
9) Monster hate list (what character monster will attack)
10) Hot bar to place clickable spells
11) User login and saving data
12) Death, resapwn and corpse. (user items remain on corpse)

I'm glad =)

One last thing, if you can include, when an item drops from a monster loot table, how to show the item on the ground and the option to have those items expire after X time.

I guess that mechanic would be similar to when you die, if you have a corpse on the ground holding all your items, and you have to run back to loot your corpse to get your items back.

Also to set some items, in a loot table of mobs, to be unique. So after a certain sword drops 3 times, you can only get it by trading another player.

I think small mmo's are fun when you have to trade or kill other users to get a best in slot. Or when you find out that that item is now available so you keep trying to farm a certain creature or boss to obtain it.

To that end, the moderator of the game would need a way to check users who no longer log on to see how many unique items they have, and the ability to reset said unique so it may begin to drop again until the max number is reached.

Or the ability to make that automatic, say you can set unique be reset of users who have not logged in 2 weeks. or whatever time you want.

An admin page I guess would work best, see who has what item, what rare monsters or bosses are currently alive, things of that nature.
