wow those are nice. Could you reduce the polys enough for a MMORPG?

I have a little side thing I am doing.

I love the polygonal aspect of these models! I would really encourage learning the UV mapping and work with textures :)

How long have you been modeling for?

A good year i guess with blender, ive well stopped though out of frustration with UV mapping.

i get the concept, but i couldnt find help for the things ive needed help for. i do think i might pick it back up though, its really something id love to be able to do well.

Being completely honest, you are a lot further than I was with my first year, and DEFINITELY using better software than I was. I frequently gave up on modeling but would come back after a month or so and for some reason, I was better each time I came back (I don't suggest trying that method, it just worked for me).

Keep up the good work, I expect to see some work of yours UV mapped soon :)

PS. I'm SO excited to have another modeler around here! I was feeling lonely with all this talk of programming happening.

Great to see you do some modelling! UV mapping is a bit trickier to understand and implement, but once you get it, you're one of the few who do.

Pardus eh? I used to play that. The only reason I stopped was because of the buildings cap. You can't do enough with 7 buildings ;) (at least that was what it was when I played).

pax.

ive been using blender for about a year, i used DOGA.L3 for a long time, but i dont really count that as modeling because its premade parts your working with.

Halls: shoot me a PM or MSN or something if you want any work done, im getting pretty stoked about modeling now :D

Paxxy: i dont really played much, i played for 3+ years, and then got bored and restarted
