Anyone know a good Isometric library or engine? I already know about Isogenic.

Yep, it is pretty much just the plugin. If the plugin is small enough, it may be possible to look through the code itself.

Crafty also has an isometric example. But from what I have seen, though, updates to Crafty have been few and far between.

EDIT: Actually, the last Crafty update was in November. It may just be that they aren't moving the version numbers much.
