looking for 2d engine

Postby hallsofvallhalla » Thu Feb 11, 2010 10:23 pm

Not for me personally but I am looking for a good 2d game engine that can deploy to the web and has good networking.

I know Torque Game Builder is a good one but the scripting is horrible. Anyone know of anymore?

actually i think you can use third party software to make it happen but loading times are rough and why use all that time when you can use eclipse?

"Deploy to the web" means being played in the browser with no download, similar to a Flash of Java Applet game. Is that what you mean, or do you just mean you download the client to play it?
