One of the most important features, sorting! The back-end isn't finished yet, but the front-end is coming together nicely on this piece. As always, let me know if you have any suggestions for how to modify it!

Re: HP Destiny (again)
I promise I haven't stopped working on this! Lots of back-end work that can't really be highlighted through screenshots. Here's Hogwarts to at least record some progress though. These are just some initial ideas for locations within Hogwarts (listed in the nav bar on the left), but let me know if th...

Re: How soon is too soon to open an in development game?
For me personally, an Alpha for a game I'm working on means all of the core mechanics are there and the game is visually pleasing, but none of those visuals are finalized and more mechanics are still to come. But I definitely get what you're saying, it's tough to leave things out of an Alpha for the...

Nexus, nice to see you again man! Hope everything is going well.
My two week break is finally over now that I've settled back into college. I'll get to work and have some more updates soon!

Re: HP Destiny (again)
I decided to pack it up with some HP movies (namely The Prisoner of Azkhaban and the Deathly Hollows films) and have gotten back into a Harry Potter frame of mind, also with Fantastic Beasts added in which I saw recently. Can't wait to see more of this! Prisoner of Azkaban was a masterpiece of a mo...

Re: HP Destiny (again)
I really love your wand selection page though, it has that really old school game feel where these kinds of questions put the RP back into RPG, lol. I'm thinking of games like The Elder Scrolls Daggerfall where they had questions which you answered which created your character's backstory (unlike c...

Re: HP Destiny (again)
Simultaneously big and small update! Small because it only took a few hours to nail down, but big because I can reuse this on a lot of different pages, plus chat is an essential part of a game like this. (I tested other users using it at the same time and it works, it just isn't shown in this pictur...

Re: HP Destiny (again)
Yep! The first question decides what the core of the wand is, the second question determines the wood, and the third determines the length (There's 4 in the screenshot but I cut out the favorite subject question). The wand, however, has no initial impact on skills, stats, abilities, etc. I figured i...

Re: HP Destiny (again)
Sorry for no updates for a few days, I've mostly bee working on back-end stuff which obviously doesn't showcase very well, but here's the wand-selection that I'm working on. I'd like to stick to just these four questions, but if you have any suggestions for changing questions or responses, I'm alway...

Re: HP Destiny (again)
Agreed MVC might be overkill for a small or personal project, but when working on a large team on a large application, it becomes really important for maintaining organized code (this also limits complications when sharing a git repo if people can work on different components and not step on any toe...
