Actually if you check out the game Tactics Arena, it is a similar concept. Each player controls a set of units on a checkered board and they take turns attacking each other. There is quite a bit of people playing the game but the main problem is that they give an unfair advantage for paying players....

Very interesting system, however it is also very complicated. There are so many different variables associated with the game. Different units, heroes, armies, cities, skills, items, looting, money system... and many of those branching off to other sub components. That is a lot of work needed to be d...

On top on PVP, I would also like to mention that balance is a critical aspect to the game. One single class or player should not be able to destroy everyone in the server - that would make it pointless to play. The game should give the opportunity for a new player to have the chance to beat any play...

Depending on what type of game you're talking about. If you're talking about multi player games then it is difficult to construct a story where everyone is involved. Heavy storyline games are usually meant for single player games since the story is built around one individual. It would bother me if ...
