I've used Sgt Flame for about 12 years as well, but mostly I only use that name in IRC or in games.
On forums and such, I normally use my real name as I think it helps with building a reputation (good or otherwise).

@Mikey - The Elite licenses are negotiated on a case by case basis as the license may also include professional consulting services, and custom game engine / MMO middleware development in addition to the base game engine. For the Elite license, there is no "one size fits all" solution, and...
