Each 'tile' is 2 by 2 units, so there will be room to add objects into the hallway (if I keep models 1 unit wide', but until I get to a point of being able to walk around the maps, I dont know how the rooms are going to feel compared to the hallways. @Jack They are actual hallways which you will walk down to get to the next room. The same logic can be used to link rooms via teleporter as well in theory, rather than generating a mesh you can assign a point to teleport to and from. And here we have stage 1 in unity. The floors are being generated nicely, needs a tweak or two to keep rooms generating so close to each other.

Moving it from web JS to unity JS was trickier than i expected it to be, but im getting there :D

Has anyone else attempted to make one? I have tried many times and read a shed load of forum posts. But never got anywhere... ..until now! :D I found a nice simple method which seemed the easiest to pull off. I dont use jQuery much these days lol and have never tried using it with canvas.

I'm working on my own isometric JS mmo currently but that will take a lot of time and efforts. In Vanilla JS or using jQuery? I built a rpg engine from a tutorial i found and expanded it a bit. But I came across problems and decided to pack it in and go back to my current project lol. Still learnt ...
