Re: What are you playing?

After being disappointed by the game Dungeons (didn't end up buying it, just read some terrible reviews), I decided to take a trip back to 1999 and play some Dungeon Keeper 2. For those of you that haven't played it, I would definitely recommend it. Its quite astonishing that it was made almost 12 y...

Re: What are you playing?

Ah. Well that stinks. I hadn't looked into the game much except for a few trailers. Oh well, maybe I'll check out some of the new indie games. Just curious, how many of you guys use Steam?

Re: What are you playing?

lol halls.. Well, let me know if you find a good one, I'd be happy to get into one of those again. It looks like Dungeons (comes out feb 10) might be an interesting game. I'm always on the look out for some cool creative games (which I think there are a serious lack of, yes I'm looking at you Call o...

Re: What are you playing?

Heh super meat boy. A unique concept, but I tend to get frustrated with it after a few try's. And yeh, minecraft is really a great game to screw around on with friends.

Re: MINECRAFT

I've got a six person server hosted through Art of War Central right now. Its only me and my friend screwing around on it at the moment, but I'm wondering if anyone else would like to join? PM me if your interested. We've been creating some basic stuff over the last few weeks.

What are you playing?

I'm curious as to what all of you guys are playing these days. For me, I've got the following system going: If I'm feeling strategic, I hop on Starcraft 2 for a while. If I feel like blowing crap up, I go on Battlefield Bad Company 2 (easily my favorite FPS game since Battlefield 2) If I feel like b...

Re: Torque 3D $99

I still don't trust torque. Just because they have managed to revive themselves doesn't mean that anything about their engine will change. Its still the same coders writing the same engines, except now for a reduced price.

C4 Engine

Looking around, I haven't seen the C4 Engine mentioned at all except for an old post in this section. It has changed a lot since then, and I figured I would bring it back up as a viable option to game developers. I'm a current licensee, and so far I've enjoyed using it. I'm sad to say I haven't had ...

Taking the Invite

Hello all, I figured I'd take the invite Halls sent out as a opportunity to rejoin this community. I was originally waiting until I had a cool Dev project to show off, but a busy school schedule is ensuring that won't happen anytime soon. I used to have some old C++ tutorials up on YouTube that I ha...

Re: Basic C++ Tutorial Series (Videos 1 - 4 up)

Thanks for the comments guys :) . Including windows.h is just a habbit from when I was still learning C++, I'll make sure to keep it out of future tutorials. Thanks for the info falken.

Please feel free to give me any feed-back that can help me improve for future videos.
