Well, it loads all of the modules that have home page elements but, I was wondering if there is a way to control what order they load in.

Flushed out the tutorial_completed table on the myssql database and that did the trick.

Talked to Greg, he is working on a fix. It seems like it's the function that check to see if your modules are up to date that was causing the Admin page not to load.
