Hey I am currently learning Vb.net so I can create a sandbox mmo. Is it possible to do this or no?

How do I allow it through?

Edit:I allowed through but it still gives me an error along with

PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library
c:/wamp/bin/php/php5.5.12/ext/php_intl.dll - the specified module could not be found.

I get an error saying that the program can't start because msvcr100.dll is missing..

I have googled it and have installed both of http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/de ... x?id=26999

I even reinstalled wampserver and restarted my computer but it still wont work. Any ideas?
