A little something I would like to add....the last 3 images from the original post, my "Gunship" is still a work in progress, but is being set up the same way as my "Sword Factory" image from one of my reply posts, the spherical objects seen on the model are turrets to be control...

Just my take on it, but it might help you consider different perspectives.
